Topics of the 10 sessions

Classically, 10 consecutive sessions follow each other.
Session 1-3 may be considered a mini-series in the
10 he series can be seen. The superficial fascial structures of the front and back as well as the body sides are treated.

Sleeve Sessions (1-3)
1st session
Anamnesis - getting to know each other
Liberation of the breathing pattern. Separation of thorax and pelvis. Mobilization of the pool around the horizontal axis. Theme inspiration.
2nd session
Relationship legs to the back
Beginning of systematic construction work from the base (feet). Relationship of the legs through the pelvis and through the pelvis to the guts room. Freedom / Mobility / Stability of the Arch of the Foot. Extension of the whole spine in prevention. Feel the roots of the topic.
3rd session
Relationship front / back
Order in and balance around the lateral line. Separation of the arms from the shoulder girdle. Mobility of the pelvis around the hip axis. Freedom around the 12th rib: Pelvic margin to ribs to deeper layers (Quadratus lumborum). The themes of the 1st u. 2. Connect the session from the side. Theme lightness.
Core Sessions (4-7)
4th session
Relationship of the legs to the pelvis and through the pelvis to the guts room
Organization of body cavities (Core). Organization of the 3 segments of the leg. Freedom along the leg inside. Work and alignment of the inner thighs to the lower and inner side of the pelvis. Balance the ischial tuberosity. Correction of pelvic tilt / shift. Subject control and dedication.
5th session
Relationship of the legs to the abdominal room
Organization of body cavities (Core)
Work on the various layers of the abdominal area to the deepest layer (psoas) with all approaches on the front of the pelvis. Front thigh musculature right up to the lobes on the pelvis. Freedom along the front of the leg to achieve full leg extension, pelvic tilt / shift correction. Topic integrity.

6th session
Relationship of the legs through the pelvis and guts space
Organization of body cavities (Core)
The entire back of the legs from the heels to the lugs on the pelvis. Work on the gluteal muscles up to the deep attachments on hip and cross / tailbone (the rotators). The deep layers of the back muscles up to the beginnings at the pool edge. Freedom along the back of the leg for full leg flexion. Balance Coccyx / Sacrum. Topic trust.
7th session
Balance the head and neck relationship
Work on the deep neck and neck muscles with the approaches to the head, collarbone and upper ribs. Possibly. until shoulders and arms. Work in the mouth in conjunction with cervical spine. Work on the face, possibly in the nose. Differentiation of shoulder girdle neck, neck chest, Kiefer-Hinterhaupt. Relationship neurocranium-viscerocranium-pine (TMJ). Topic flexibility.
Integration Sessions (8-10)
8th session
Work on the lower half (possibly above)
Work on specific areas of the lower half (feet up pelvis from all sides in partially new positions with new handles.) Focus on the pelvis, legs and pelvis in the spine.
9th session
Work on the upper half (possibly below)
Work on specific areas of the upper half (pelvis to head) from all sides in some new positions with new handles. Focus on the shoulder girdle to the deeper structures and back. Integrate arms and shoulders into the spine. Topic strength.
10th session
Integration of the entire body
where we have not penetrated - fine-tuning. Integration of far away areas (diagonals) - work on the joints that establish "roofs" in the body - gentle surface work - movement integration - outlook for the client.
